Park 1 has 5 projects under construction in Dubai, according to the Dubai Land Department. On average they are 40% built. The next one due is Park Views Residences B, in March 2027.
Reading these figures
Each percentage is the share of construction Land Department engineers recorded at their latest site visit. The completion date is the one the developer registered with the Land Department, and developers can apply to move it. Open a project to see its full inspection history, recent site photos and whether it is keeping pace with that date.
